I am driven by the belief that transformation happens when courage meets clarity. Through my coaching, I aim to inspire bold action, challenge limiting beliefs, and help people step into the fullest expression of who they are. My mission is to empower others to live with purpose, passion and possibility – and to become leaders of their own lives.

My name is Krystal Comrie
I am a licensed and certified Heal Your Life Teen Empowerment Playshop Teacher, Workshop Leader and Life Coach.
I am passionate about these roles and the value I bring to others. In addition to teaching and coaching, I am deeply committed to my own personal growth and professional development. Continuously expanding my knowledge and expertise to better serve my clients.
I am motivated by the work of Louise Hay who has been the catalyst of my own journey to self-discovery and transformation. Utilizing her tools and techniques, I was able to find out 'who I am' underneath the patterns, habits, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt I grew up with. As well as the ones I collected along the way.
I know all too well how hopeless life can feel because I have lived it. I also know how amazing life can become…

My past experiences show a demonstrated history of overcoming life’s most challenging obstacles. Childhood trauma, abuse, addictions, poor relationships, financial burdens, self-sabotage, and health issues, among others.
My Approach
Is rooted in the belief that every person already carries the insight, strength, and creativity needed to build a life that feels meaningful. My role is to help you access that inner clarity, remove the noise, and move forward with confidence.
I combine reflective conversation, practical strategy, and mindset work to help you understand what is driving your choices, what is holding you back, and what is possible when you step into your potential. Together, we create a space where you can think more clearly, feel more grounded, and take action that aligns with who you truly are.
My style is calm, honest, and deeply supported. I am here to challenge you when it matters, celebrate your progress and walk beside you as you build the life you want – one intentional step at a time.

I educate teens on loving themselves now so that they will love themselves as adults. I offer a safe space for expression where teens feel seen, heard, and valued. My workshops are built on a solid foundation of trust and communication. Focusing on personal growth, self-esteem, and leadership. I bring skills and tools that promote continual progress towards a brighter path. A collaboration aimed at unlocking their full potential. Helping them to understand that within them, there is power. To shape their destiny and the future of all others.
